Cascio Music Return Policy

Thanks for choosing Cascio Music! We want to make it easy for you to do business with us and we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are thrilled with your purchase.

Cascio Music proudly offers a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Cascio Music purchase, simply contact us to receive authorization and instructions. All returns require a return authorization number from our Customer Support center. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returned products must be returned with receipt, packing slip or invoice, and in their original condition with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty card. Returns are subject to inspection. At our discretion, we may charge a 25% restocking fee for items received with marks, scratches or damage.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt date, unless otherwise noted below. Some items have a shorter window for allowable returns, or may not be returned due to copyright or health safety reasons.

Items with a 14-day Return Policy: cymbals, recording and live sound devices, signal processors, keyboards, speakers and monitors, electronic drumsets and modules, amplifiers and cabinets, samplers and sequencers, DJ equipment, tuners, stringed instruments including guitars, basses, banjos, violins, violas, cellos, and basses, and other items left to Cascio Music's discretion.

Items that may not be returned (due to copyrights and health safety concerns): software, harmonicas, videos, books, drumsticks, drumheads, pickups, raw frame speakers, mouth-blown instruments, mouthpieces, earplugs, in-ear monitors, and close proximity hand-held vocal microphones.

Within 30 days of the original purchase date, defective merchandise may be exchanged for a like item, store credit or refund. Simply contact us within 30 days to obtain a return authorization number and instructions to return it at Cascio Music's cost. If it’s been more than 30 days and you need assistance with a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll gladly help get you in contact with the manufacturer.

Any order discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported immediately. Cascio Music is not responsible for damage caused by carriers, but will assist you with all claims and replacement procedures. All claims must be initiated and completed by Cascio Music. Please retain all original packaging materials and photos of the damaged shipments as the carrier will need to inspect them.

Most instruments carry manufacturer warranties against defects in parts and workmanship. If a defect occurs within the manufacturer's warranty period, contact us to help facilitate the repair or replacement. The manufacturer makes all warrany determinations. Warranties are extended only to the original purchaser and are only valid on items sold and shipped within the U.S.

  • To make sure you can take advantage of our no-hassle policy, please save ALL of your packaging and don't send in the warranty card until you are confident you are happy with your purchase.

  • Include the return authorization number (write on the shipping label, not on the box!)

  • Many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If you are returning, be careful not to send the product back to the manufacturer by mistake. Returns of special order merchandise and drop-ship items may be subject to manufacturers' restocking fees.

  • Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit refund to appear on your statement.

  • Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. If the approved item is not returned within 30 days of receiving a return authorization number, the authorization will be canceled. If an approved exchange item is not returned within 30 days of receiving the return authorization number, you will be charged for both the original and replacement items.
