Introducing the Regal Tip PFBMT Billy Martin Signature Drumsticks. These have a wood tip, measure 16.37" long and .540" in width, and are finished with Regal Tip's famous PEF (Performance Enhancing Finish) finish.

“I have been using this same Regal Tip model for as long as I have been playing with Medeski Martin & Wood. I have used this perfectly balanced masterpiece of a stick on every record for the past 23 years. I can truly say, there is no other drumstick out there for me. The combination of the wood tip, the shape and the unique extra length of this design makes my cymbals sound just the way they should. It’s perfect!” - Billy Martin aka illy B.

Along with his percussion work, Martin is a visual artist. He does printmaking, painting, pencil drawings, and pastel drawings, among other mediums. His work has been displayed in several galleries and is also on the packaging of many Medeski Martin & Wood albums, most notably the cover of Shack-man.
