The Series III is by far the best alto on the market. I tried so many other saxes and none even came close to the tone quality and flexibility of this horn. I play mostly jazz/funk/r&b but and love it for that but I also let my more classical buddy give it a spin and she liked it as well. To me that just proves how awesome and versatile this instrument can be.
