POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a Part-Time Assistant Data Entry & Sales position. The primary responsibility will be to assist in the order expedition efforts of Company 97 and to assist the EBAY sales team with daily administrative tasks.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Confirm orders on both EBAY & Amazon by providing shipping and tracking information via the web.
· Order Entry and Returns processing.
· Correspond with potential and existing customers via email and telephone as needed.
· Photography Assistance.
1. Take professional looking photos of product that is scheduled for listing.
2. Prepare photographs for uploading. (Format to GIF, JPEGs, save to computer and forward to appropriate salesman)
· Pick-up returns
· Maintain price updates for M.A.P. items on EBAY and Amazon.
· Other tasks as assigned by the department leader
POSITION REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW:
· Knowledge of computer skills including usage of the AS400 system, Excel, Word, Outlook and Photo-editing software.
· Knowledge of Ebay, Amazon and Photobucket is helpful, but not required.
· Ability to take direction and execute duties, as the job requires.
· Strong conflict resolution, written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow through.
· Able to work with customers in a constructive and courteous manner.
