Online Ordering Policies

1. We accept Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and the NAMM Music Money credit cards.
2. Credit card billing address must match the billing address of the customer placing the order.
3. Orders must be shipped to a street address because an order cannot be shipped to a post office box.
4. Wisconsin residents will be charged appropriate state/county sales tax.

Shipping Options for Internet Orders
The Quick Checkout Profile screen gives you three options for shipping your order. You may choose "One Day Service", "Two Day Service," or "Standard Service" for your order.

Shipping time, where noted, is measured from the time at which your order actually ships from our warehouse. Internet Orders to our secure server must be received by 2 pm Central Time in order to ship out that same day.

We choose the best method to ship your order - via UPS, FedEx Ground or the US Postal Service, depending on the items and the most cost-effective way to serve you.

Pricing Policy
We make every effort to offer the lowest possible price on all items we carry. We will match any advertised price. Any price matching which we offer must be done by phone or mail. We must be able to verify price online or in writing.
