The Grand Auditorium combines the width and depth of a Dreadnought with a narrower waist. Its sleek design yields a strong treble zing across the tonal spectrum and sharpens the definition of individual notes. The Grand Auditorium is a strong fingerpicking guitar that also adapts well to medium strumming. This system features Fishman's Acoustic Matrix transducer pickup and a compact, side-mounted pre-amp with a flip-top 9-volt battery compartment. Additional tone controls allow you to adjust bass, treble, and mids. Brilliance controls and a Notch filter add even more tone-shaping capabilities and feedback control. The finish used to create this guitar's textured satin back and sides and lustrous gloss top was developed at Taylor for maximum durability and resistance to cold-checking. Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag Taylor Dreadnought Gig Bag

Lightweight yet sturdy, our Gig Bags are made from water-resistant 600-denier nylon. An anti-static lining covers high-density, closed-cell foam (with an inner sponge absorber). Together, these features protect the guitar from moisture, electrostatics, and physical shock, while still allowing the instrument to "breathe." All seams are rolled and double-stitched, all stress points are reinforced, and end seams are lock-stitched. Each Gig Bag has a large, tab book-size accessories pocket on the front that's adorned with a stitched, tone-on-tone Taylor.
