Contest Rules and Regulations:

Contest expires on or about the last day of the month. A new monthly contest with a new Archer Guitar begins on or about the first of every month. One entry per person per guitar contest. Individuals are not eligible to win more than once for the duration of this contest.

No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited. All decisions by Cascio Interstate Music are Final. Contestants must reside in the United States and be 12 years of age or older to participate. By entering this contest you will be automatically subscribed to the weekly Cascio Interstate Music Newsletter. Unsubscribe instructions are found in the footer of every newsletter. Employees of Cascio Interstate Music, Archer Guitars , participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate family members and /or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Prizes will be shipped to winners unless otherwise specified. Cascio Interstate Music is not responsible for late, illegible, or mistyped entries, Cascio Interstate Music reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways. Ties will be decided by a drawing process. Cascio Interstate Music reserves the right to modify these rules at any time with or without written notice.
