Dominican High School held their clinic at the Piggly Wiggly stage at Summerfest on Friday, June 25th from 12:30-2:30.
Dominican High School is a private college-preparatory campus which has an enrollment of 400 students. The Dominican High School Show Band consists of twenty dedicated students who strive to achieve perfection in every performance. Their repertoire includes pieces of various styles including Big Band Swing, Classic Rock n’ Roll and current number one Billboard Hits. Providing challenging music which encourages new skill development and student motivation is their primary goal. The Show Band always strives to perform entertaining music which their audiences enjoy.

In the two years since Mr. Forst took over as Director the Dominican High School Show Band has made tremendous improvement and has been the recipient of many awards including placing 15th out of 500 bands which performed at the Mall of America’s Holiday Music Festival and receiving the 2004 Frank S. Cascio Educational Grant.

The Show Band performs over 40 times each year including concerts at local church fairs, retirement homes and the Wisconsin State Fair.
