Special Order Policy

We carry many more items than are shown on www.InterstateMusic.com. Items that do not appear on our website but that we normally carry are not considered special orders. They will, however, need to be ordered by email, mail or telephone.

Special orders ARE special, and we want you to be a satisfied customer. Interstate will special order almost any product carried by our manufacturers. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable / non-transferable, and special order items are non-cancellable / non-returnable. Manufacturers' delivery times vary, so estimated ETA's are not guaranteed. As strict as this may sound, we have your best interest in mind.
