We ask that all returns must:
     - Include a return authorization number
     - Be in original, undamaged, new condition. This includes no nicks, scratches, screw marks on rack mount ears or other bumps
       and bruises.
     - Include all warranty cards, literature, owner's manuals, accessories, and packaging. To be sure you can take advantage of our
No-Hassle policy, please save ALL of your packaging and don't send in the warranty card until you are confident you are
       happy with your purchase.

The following items carry a 14 day return policy: recording and live sound devices, signal processors, keyboards, speakers and monitors, electronic drumsets and modules, amplifiers and cabinets, samplers and sequencers, DJ equipment, tuners, all stringed instruments including guitars, basses, banjos, violins, violas, cellos, and basses, and other items left to our discretion.

All returns are subject to inspection. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of 20% for items received with marks, scratches, or damage, or for items missing the original packaging.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit refund to appear on your statement.

Many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If you are returning, be careful not to send the product back to the manufacturer by mistake. Returns of special order merchandise and drop-ship items may be subject to manufacturers' restocking fees.

Due to copyright issues, health reasons, and other concerns, we cannot accept returns on software, harmonicas, videos, books, drumsticks, drumheads, pickups, raw frame speakers, mouth-blown instruments, mouthpieces, earplugs, in-ear monitors, vocal microphones, and other items left to our discretion.

Above all else, we want to make it easy for you to do business with us and will remain as flexible as possible to be sure you are thrilled with your purchase. Thanks for shopping Interstate Music and www.interstatemusic.com!
