Shipping Policies
Some items must be Special Ordered, shipped Factory-Direct, or may be currently backordered. Please see "Availability" below for details.
All Special Order, Factory-Direct, and backordered items will be sent by Standard Ground Service.
Orders shipped outside the lower 48 states will be sent by UPS Air or USPS, whichever is more economical. Please contact us prior to order placement if you have
other requirements.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses, US territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc), and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible to save you
money. Some large packages cannot be shipped to these locations via USPS. Please contact us at 800-462-2263 or

Items marked "Usually Ships in 1 day" are in-stock at our Main Distribution Center.
Items marked "Usually Ships in 2 days" are in-stock at one of our other Distribution Centers for shipment. Please contact us at 800-462-2263 or

Items marked "Usually Ships in 3 days" are in-stock at our Retail Store and will be transferred to our Distribution Center for shipment. Orders containing items
in-stock at our Retail Store to be transferred to our Distribution Center for shipment will be held and shipped as complete as possible unless otherwise requested.

Standard Shipping (Ground Service)
Most orders ship the next business day after placement and arrive in three to five business days when using Standard Ground service if received and verified
by 2pm CST. Sorry, no deliveries on weekends. Some orders may require additional time to verify for security purposes.

Express Shipping (One Day and Two Day Air Service)
Express Shipping orders consisting completely of items warehoused at our Distribution Center will ship the same business day when received and verified by 2pm
CST. Orders of this type received after 2pm CST Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Sorry, no deliveries on weekends. Some orders may
require additional time to verify for security purposes.
Express Shipping orders containing a mix of items warehoused at our Distribution Center and at our Retail Store will be held and shipped as completely as

Unable to Calculate a Shipping Charge
Orders shipped outside the lower 48 states and/or for large items that must be shipped by a freight carrier other than UPS or USPS may display an "Unable to
Calculate Shipping Charge" message when using the "Calculate Shipping" feature found in our Shopping Cart or the "Change Shipping Method" feature found on our
Quick Checkout page. Orders received and verified with an "Unable to Calculate Shipping Charge" message will be shipped using the most economical option available
and charged actual freight charges.
