This new monster throne features an Oversized moto style Cordura Vinyl seat with extra soft foam. Double-braced throne base will adjust from 20" to 28" high.

Heavy-duty Gibraltar throne bases have rugged, heavy-duty double braced tripods with a 7/8? screw type center post for infinite height adjustment.

The Nitro offers all the same features as the Mac Saddle, but instead of a threaded height adjustment, Nitro has a nitrogen gas shock. This adjusts height to within a fraction of an inch with the touch of a finger. The gas shock also adds just a little bounce or "give" to the seat, like an office chair. Nitro Throne is now available in a taller, extended version which has a seating range of 23" to 29" high.

Sitting on a throne for a long period of time is tough on your back. You could get a throne with a backrest, but they're a pain to transport because they don't fold up. If you're a player who leans forward, they're no help at all. Unless you get a 1st Chair backrest. The HTB5 can be adjusted up and down and forward and it can be detached from the seat when the gig is done.
