Lesson Book 2provides a seamless transition from Book 1. It introducesthree-string chords along with the natural notes on strings four,five, and six. Additional new concepts include eighth notes,chromatics (sharps, flats and naturals), pick-up notes, ties, andrests. Students are encouraged to strum chords to accompany themelody whenever possible.
