I would recommend this DVD set for any drummer looking for a new approach to the drum set. Benny Greb explains his "rhythmic alphabet" very well. It provides a unique way to look at the drums, and music in general. I like how he explained his ideas very thoroughly - beginning with the basics, and building upon his ideas and incorporating them onto a drum set. This DVD set also includes some pretty challenging coordination exercises to work on... and of course, Greb is just a fun player to watch.
