The Yamaha intermediate flutes offer the durability of the standardflutes yet produce a greater tone resonance. The intermediate seriesfeature an improved scale for better intonation as well as an undercutand beveled embouchure hole for a clean attack, sensitive response, andaccurate intonation. This flute features an offset G. The offset G makesit easier for players with small fingers to reach versus an inline G.Neoprene key bumpers are stronger and more durable than cork. This flutehas a sterling silver headjoint and body, and nickel silver keys. Thefashionable gold lip plate is offered for players with an allergy tosilver. Yamaha 400 Series Flutes feature an improved scale, undercutand beveled embouchure holes, neoprene key bumpers, and sterling silverheadjoint and body. Available with a gold lip plate.
