Nice heavy duty stand, great for someone like me who uses a deep snare and sits low, hard to find stands that work with that combination and gives the adjustability desired. I'm usually leary of the not so common brand names but I'm glad I decided to give it a try. It's heavy (has to run well over 10 pounds), stays where you put it and it's ultra adjustable. Whether it stands the test of time is yet to be seen but it seems to be rugged enough to last.

There is a lot to like about this snare drum stand. It is heavy-duty, so it can take a beating, and the ball & socket basket adjustment is great for positioning your snare wherever you want it. But what I like most is the versatility of the snare basket. The individual arm adjustments are really cool. You can hold a 14" snare, or by adjusting the arms back with a drum key, you can fit a smaller snare drum without pinching the drum with only the tips of the basket arms. Smaller drums can rest on the basket naturally. Of course, this also works great if you set up a rack tom on a snare stand. All told, it's very user-friendly and a great buy.
