For three bucks, you can't go wrong. It's compact and holds almost any acoustic guitar. It also folds up small enough to fit in a bag or case. Great for home or studio use, but may not be the best option if there is a lot of foot traffic around the guitar. basically, as long as you don't walk into it, your guitar will be just fine.
