Only throne I've ever owned, or will EVER own. The contour of the seat is beyond comfortable, and ideal for anyone who has mild back issues. I noticed it keeps my posture very nice and straight, versus any throne I've sat on that's flat, which have a way of making me slouch without realizing. I also prefer the manual spindle for its stability, rather than the nitro, which IS very good, but has a slight 'give' or 'bounce' to it.
