This is the second Lag I have bought from Cascio. These are probably one of the best kept secrets in the low priced acoustic market. Beautiful wood, excellent fit and a dazzling finish. A very full spectrum sound. Nice low end, balanced mids and well defined highs. What more do you want. All solid wood, so after about 15 minutes of playing it wakes up and then really begins to sing. When you test one, give it time, you'll be amazed. Just for comparison, go into the high end room, pick out a thousand dollar plus Martin, take it out by the everyday guitars and play it, then compare it to the Lag. Now explain the price difference to me. Or, take the Lag into the high end room and play it... you'll be in there for two weeks. Just a reminder... in my opinion, all high end guitars should be playe outside of that room for comparison. With all that wood hanging on the walls even an Ovation sounds good. Just my opinion.
