The YFL261 is a standard flute that has become a favorite among teachers because of the open sound and easy playability. The headjoint, body, and footjoint are made of durable nickel-silver. Neoprene bumpers are used rather than cork to increase the durability and achieve a maximum fit against the body. This flute is the same as the YFL281 except it has an offset G. The offset G makes it easier for students with small fingers to reach versus an inline G. The Yamaha YFL261 is an open hole flute with neoprene bumpers, an offset G and nickel silver headjoint, body and footjoint.
