Gemeinhardt intermediate flutes offer extraordinary quality and performance at a very competitive price. They offer a full, warm tone and are available with a variety of options. These flutes have a solid silver headjoint, body and footjoint with silver plated keys. The only difference between the 3S and the 3SB is that the 3SB has a low B footjoint and the 3S does not. The 3S flutes are a French open hole with solid silver Model "J1" standard wall headjoint, solid silver body and footjoint, silver-plated keys and components. The 3SB model has a B footjoint.
